Leadership Process Groups
What is a process group?
A VG Leadership Process Group is a 6-10 member group meeting monthly with a trained facilitator. The facilitator helps the group... creating safety, continuity, and cohesiveness. Group time is a confidential time in which members gather to integrate who they are internally in their character, with who they are as a leader, a spouse, a parent and a friend.
During the session time, participants share openly and honestly with each other on many levels: their work or ministry, how they relate to others; their spiritual lives, the concepts they are learning in the training time, personal issues and struggles, and their feedback, confrontation and encouragement for each other.
Although you may not have heard of “process groups”, research shows that a process group setting is one of the most powerful and effective methods to help people achieve growth. Our goal is to identify and assemble key leaders who have a desire to grow in all areas of their lives.
